What to prepare for a conveyor roller quotation
Start by explaining whether you need replacement rollers or a new conveyor system. Share your application, dimensions and quantity as far as you know them. This checklist helps you prepare the details field in the AsiaRoller quotation form, even before you have a drawing or a confirmed series.
Define the scope before choosing a series
A replacement roller and a complete conveyor need different information. Explain what you want to order first.
Replacement rollers or individual components
Describe where the roller is used, the quantity to replace and any existing dimensions. Include a series code or drawing reference if you have one.
A new conveyor or changes to an existing line
Describe the items to convey, the start and end points, approximate available space and the scope you want reviewed, such as equipment only or installation as well.
Conveyor quotation information checklist
Use the information you have. Include units with every dimension and weight. Mark anything unknown as “to confirm”.
Application and conveyed items
Describe the item or product, its dimensions and weight per item where known. Explain the problem with the existing line or the aim of the new project.
Roller dimensions or installation space
For a replacement, share the diameter, length and any shaft or mounting details you have. For a system, share approximate length, width, height and route. State which part each measurement describes.
Quantity and scope
State the number of rollers or conveyor systems. Separate replacement quantities from spares, and say whether installation should be considered.
Operating conditions and site constraints
Describe known conditions such as water, dust, heat or restricted access. Include existing speed or drive information if available so the team can review suitability.
Location and requested timing
Give the delivery province or area and your requested use date. Treat it as a requested date; the team needs to confirm the schedule for the scope.

What to check in the quotation before agreeing

- The agreed series or drawing, dimensions, quantity and product details
- Price, equipment scope, installation and which costs are included or separate
- Delivery location, schedule and any details to confirm before work starts
Before you send your enquiry
Can I enquire without a drawing or confirmed series?
Start with your application, approximate dimensions and known quantity. Flag unknown details so the team can contact you and review the remaining requirements.
Can a photo alone confirm the specification?
A photo can support the enquiry. Include the dimensions and application details you know, and have the team confirm the necessary details before agreeing a series or drawing.
Does this checklist determine a price or delivery date?
Price and timing depend on dimensions, specification, quantity and scope. The team needs to review and confirm them for your request.
